Weddings Rooted in the Seasons

We create floral stories that reflect the season, the landscape, and you. With most of our flowers grown here on our farm, each design is grounded in what’s blooming: lush in summer, textural in fall, fresh and tender in spring.

Inspired by the wild beauty of Northern Nevada and the Lake Tahoe basin—from alpine forests and granite peaks to high desert meadows and deep blue water—our designs embrace the natural world rather than compete with it. Every arrangement is thoughtfully composed to feel like an extension of your setting and your story. Honest. Beautiful. Deeply personal.

FAQs About Your Floral Story

  • We recommend reaching out 6–12 months in advance, especially for high-season weekends. If you're hoping for us to custom grow specific flowers or colors for your event, we suggest contacting us at least 12 months ahead for spring weddings and 9–12 months ahead for summer and fall. Occasionally, we can accommodate shorter timelines based on availability, so don’t hesitate to inquire.

  • From the first steps to the final petal, our full-service experience is thoughtfully designed to bring ease, beauty, and intention to your wedding day. Here’s what’s included:

    • A preliminary proposal with an estimate and moodboard to begin the conversation

    • A design consultation (after booking) with Jessica and Graham to refine your floral vision and priorities

    • A venue walkthrough (if needed) to finalize layout and logistics

    • A custom floral plan featuring seasonal blooms from our farm and trusted partner growers

    • Access to our curated rental collection — including compotes, vases, lanterns, and ceremony structures

    • Delivery and full on-site setup on your wedding day

    • Optional on-site repurposing of florals from ceremony to reception

    • Full breakdown and strike of florals and installations after your event

    • Coordination tools for your vendor team — including a design guide for your planner with repurposing notes, a flat lay styling box for your photographer, and direct communication with vendors who may need us

We’re firm believers that it takes a team to bring your day to life — and we’re here to support yours every step of the way.

  • We don’t offer standard packages, as every event we design is unique. Instead, we collaborate with you to create a custom floral story tailored to your day. While our full-service weddings begin at $6,000, we also offer florals for more intimate celebrations with flexible options.

If you’re planning something smaller, take a look at our Micro Weddings & Small Events page to see if it’s the right fit.

  • Most of our couples invest between $8,000–$15,000 on full-service wedding florals. Final pricing depends on the scale of the event, flower selection, and design complexity.

  • We grow many of the flowers we use right here on our farm in Gardnerville, Nevada. That means your blooms are fresh, often unique, and deeply connected to the season. It also gives our designs a sense of place that’s hard to replicate with traditional wholesale-only florists.

  • You're welcome to share your favorite flowers, and we’ll do our best to include them if they align with your vision and the season. Rather than working from a fixed list of blooms, we design around your color palette and overall aesthetic, which gives us the flexibility to choose the freshest and most beautiful flowers available at the time of your wedding.

Many of the blooms we use are grown right here on our farm, and we also source from other trusted growers and wholesalers when needed. While seasonal shifts or weather can affect availability, your florals will always reflect our signature style and be thoughtfully tailored to your day.

  • Many of them are! We grow a wide variety of seasonal blooms, but also source from other growers and wholesalers as needed to bring your vision to life.

  • As farmer-florists, our connection to the land is at the heart of everything we do. We grow many of our blooms using sustainable practices and design with intention, favoring materials that can be composted, reused, or recycled whenever possible. Our goal is to create beauty while caring for the earth that makes it possible.

  • Yes! We offer a curated collection of rental items exclusively for our full-service clients—including compotes, urns, vases, ceremony structures, rattan lanterns, and soft lighting accents. Each piece is thoughtfully selected to complement our floral style and elevate your celebration.

If you're envisioning something custom—from vessels to structures—we're happy to special order or create it for you. To ensure availability, we recommend reaching out 2–6 months in advance for any custom additions.

  • Yes! After booking, we offer a design consultation and one venue walkthrough. We’re happy to connect with planners, photographers, and other vendors to ensure your day runs smoothly — from flat lay details to ceremony flips.

  • Never. Your flowers are designed exclusively for you and your day—always fresh, never reused. If you'd like, we’re happy to package up stems for you or your guests to take home. Any remaining blooms are returned to our compost pile, nourishing the soil for future flowers.

  • Yes! We regularly serve the Lake Tahoe region, the Carson Valley, and surrounding areas—and we’re happy to travel further.

We’re currently outfitting our cargo trailer into a mobile floral studio and cooler, allowing us to travel longer distances and set up in locations that are completely off-grid—all while keeping your flowers fresh and protected.

For weddings more than an hour from our farm, additional fees and a higher minimum may apply.

  • We don’t currently offer public tours, but love sharing behind-the-scenes glimpses of the growing season on social media. If a venue walkthrough is scheduled and the fields are in bloom, we’re happy to bring along fresh samples so you can experience our flowers in person.
